Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data pemola collects on pemola.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and collect as little as we can.

Who is responsible

What we collect

  • Your work email, when you submit the form on this site. We use it only to reply to you and talk about working together.
  • Booking details, such as your name, email and chosen time, if you book a call through our scheduling tool.
  • Emails you send us, and their contents.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, browser and approximate country, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and secure the site. We include IP and country in the lead notification to spot spam.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK, we process your data to respond to your request and take steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Processors

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, processes form submissions and forwards email.
  • Cal.com, Inc. handles call bookings, once booking is enabled.

These providers may process data in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep lead emails and conversations for as long as needed to follow up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless we work together or the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. EU and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
